Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

By far the best Car wash I have ever encountered. I purchased their one time Graph X wash and Savanna told me up front that I could spend $10 more and I get it for the entire month. I didn’t listen to her because I had to experience it for myself before investing my money. I’m not a rich man but a poor one. I drive for Uber with a ram 2500 Hemi and sometimes end up working for free. But I love the people so I keep doing it anyways. Some days I come out on top. After seeing how spotless my truck looked after the first wash, I decided that it was a big mistake to not purchase their special, so I went back and she discounted the first month for me. I believe it’s $50 each additional month. Thank you Savannah, I’ll be back. 🫶🌊 “Do all things in love!” Jesus!

We left our tool boxes outside when we were finished. They went through the trouble of figuring out who we were and calling us instead of just tossing them or keeping them. Always very clean here and I have a membership with them for my SUV. Best car wash around.

I used to be hesitant about going through automatic carwashes, but tidal wave and the gentleman, Simeon definitely changed my mind. At first I used to come through here and there to get my carwash but now I am a monthly member, and been one for some time now. Simeon is just one of those people that when you see him you just know everything is going to be good and he just going to bring a smile to your face every time! Simeon makes sure my truck is sprayed to cleanest and brush before I enter the tunnel. Now I don’t even have to tell him or remind him to fold my mirrors because he already knows and is on top of it. Even at times he comes and makes sure I am happy with my service and even chat with me. He tells me he just a team lead but I’m surprise he’s not even a manager the way he so nice, smart, and even have a special way of making sure a customer is happy. If I owned my own carwash he would definitely be the person in command at my carwash because he is just that good, and I know he will have other employees following his example!

Simeon was great. Very professional, knowledgeable regarding product, respectful and it was a very cold Sunday. I mostly appreciated his customer service. That's not what you receive in this day. My car became the "Black Beauty Honda", I so dearly love ! I am one happy lady. I'll be back because I got a month membership! Good job Simeon.

I took my car here when visiting some local family and we had a great experience. Their system is more modern than our local tidal wave. This left my car looking great with minimal wipedown needed. The staff was extremely friendly, skipping the brush at my request. They even giving my son a small gift which made his day. Thank you so much
